(Former County Councillor) Beloved partner of Joyce, loving brother of Mary and Garry, dear brother-in-law of Allan and Wendy, dear son of the late Gwyn and Marie, a dear uncle and great-uncle. Public Funeral Service at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth on Friday, 17th February 2023 at 11.30am. Arthur, it was a pleasure knowing you. You truly made latter childhood a happy time. It's such a shame that we'd taken all of this time to reconnect, but I'm glad to hear you were happy and surrounded by love at the end. I hope you're painting the skies with your wonderful art work, and are at peace now. Thank you for being you.
