Gwasanaeth Angladdol Cyhoeddus yng Nghapel Pencae, Llanarth dydd Sadwrn 1af Ebrill 2023 am 11.30 o'r gloch. Blodau'r teulu yn unig, derbynnir cyfraniadau os dymuner tuag at 'Marie Curie' trwy law yr Ymgymerwr Angladdau Maldwyn Lewis, Afallon, Penrhiw-pal, Llandysul, Ceredigion, SA44 6QH. * * * * * * On Thursday 16th March 2023 Valmai of New Georgia, Llanarth, Ceredigion passed away aged 95 years; dear sister of the late Ieuan, Dai, John, Glesni and her husband Dai; cherished Auntie Val' of John and Ann, Robert, Rachel, Gareth and Alison. The World is a lesser place with the passing of Valmai. As well as having an encyclopaedic knowledge of her locality, you could talk about anything from American politics to the price of cattle this week, and she would have an opinion. She was extremely kind and a good friend to my father, David Bayton and us all in Derlwyn. She was also a champion walker, covering distances everybody else would drive... and you had to jog to keep up! Valmai lived a long and fulfilled life, never wasting a minute. It was an honour to know her. My sincere condolences to all her family.
