In loving memory of Hazel Mary Davies of Oakleys, Brewood who passed away peacefully on Sunday 21st May 2023.
Much loved by her husband Bill and daughter Kerry. She will be sadly missed by all her family Forever in our hearts.
A special thank you to the staff on ward C21 Newcross and all the staff at Springfield Care Home who looked after Hazel.
All family and friends are welcome to join us for the funeral service at St Mary and St Chad Church, Church Road, Brewood, Staffordshire ST19 9BT 11am on Thursday 8th June followed by a burial.
Family flowers only please, donations to Springfield Care Home in Codsall and Sunnyside dogs home in Coven would be very much appreciated.
