Peter PeregrineDAVIES(Tynemouth) Peacefully at home on 24th December 2024, aged 80 years.

Beloved husband of Annette, much loved dad of Jesse, Gabe, and Owain, father-in-law of Lianne, Lauren and Tyree, and a loving grandad of Bethan, Blake, Bo, Wolf and Farryn. Peter will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends.

Please meet for funeral service at Tynemouth Crematorium on Friday 24th January at 2.15pm.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Macmillan Cancer Support.

Greatly saddened to learn of Peter's death. As Visual Arts Officer in the North East he more-or-less single handed shaped the region's cultural landscape in the 70s and 80s, at a time when the Arts Council's funding was driven by excellence rather than social ideology.
