Patrick CarlDAVISPassed away suddenly but peacefully at the Royal Derby Hospital on Sunday 8th November 2020, aged 67 years. Dearly loved partner of the late Jackie, much loved dad of Peter, grandad of Alyssa and brother, uncle and friend to many. A funeral service will be held at St Mary's Catholic Church, Derby on Friday 4th December followed by interment at Nottingham Road Cemetery.
