Keith Davis aged 78 years, a dearly loved dad, grandad and uncle.
Will friends please meet for service at Huddersfield Crematorium at 3.15pm on Wednesday 6th March.
Family flowers only by request donations in lieu of flowers if so desired would be appreciated for The British Heart Foundation for which a donation plate will be provided at the service.
