AlanDAWSONSuddenly on July 26th 2011 at his home in Cheadle, Alan, aged 66 years, the loving husband of Cynthia, cherished and much loved father of Jayne and Clare, treasured grandad of Chad and Ethan, very dear brother of Margaret and the late Peter and Janet and nephew of Eric. Funeral Friday August 5th. Service at Cheadle Parish Church at 2.30pm prior to cremation at Carmountside Crematorium at 3:30pm. Will relatives and friends please accept this intimation and kindly meet at the above church. No floral tributes please by request, donations if desired for Moorlands Homelink. Miss you so much Dad, the world just doesn't seem the same, and never will. You're always in my heart. I'll think of you rambling through the country lanes of Cheadle and where ever I go, I'll take my memories of you with me.

We can't believe that you are no longer with us and you will remain in our hearts forever. You were the best dad, one of a kind, and were always there for me with your wisdom and love. Chad and Ethan could not have asked for a more wonderful grandad, one who always had time for them and showered them with love.
