Mary HelenDAWSONPassed away after a short illness on 8th February. She won’t be alone, but reunited with her beloved husband Stuart after 25 years apart as well as daughter Nikki who passed away in 2021.
She leaves a huge hole in our small family; survived by her cousin Nairn who considered her his sister, mum to Suzie,‘mad’ granny to Samantha, David, Oliver and Ella. She was lucky enough to have been a great grandmother since the arrival 15 years ago first of Alfie and then Freddie. She enjoyed watching the boys play football, giving sideline encouragement.
She’ll be missed by her acting colleagues at Hall Green Little Theatre, Shirley’s bowls club and Tuesday coffee group.
Everyone who knew her can confirm she was a huge character packed into a tiny body. Funeral service scheduled for 11am Friday 7th March at Robin Hood crematorium. Please feel free to wear a pop of colour with your outfit she particularly requested a joyous send off.
