Patricia AnneDAYPat Passed away peacefully on 1st December 2018, aged 76 years. Loving Wife of Russell and much loved Mother to Matthew and James. A Celebration of her life will be held at Christ Church United Reformed Church, New London Road, Chelmsford on Friday 21st December at 11.00am. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for the J's Hospice may be sent to T Pennack & Sons, Funeral Directors.
