ElizabethDAYOn August 20th Betty passed away peacefully with family by her side. She was 90 years old. Adored by her late husband Leslie Ivor Day. Devoted mother to Beverley and much loved by her late son-in-law Terry. Cherished by her granddaughter Lesley and her husband Mark. Beloved great-grandmother to Elena. She was a treasured sister to her brother Anthony and late sister Jean and a very special Aunt to Helen, Cerys, Carwyn and her late nephew Ian. Betty grew up in the Hafod and was loved by all when she worked in Swansea Market. She will be missed dearly by all her family and friends.

Funeral service to be held at Ty- Hedd Funeral Home on Wednesday 18th September at 11:00 am.

Family flowers only please. Donations if so desired to be made to The Alzheimer's Society either through The South Wales Evening Post website or the Graham J. Sullivan Funeral Directors website, Funeral Notices.

So sorry to hear of the passing of this lovely lady. I knew her many moons ago as a customer when I worked in Thomas Thomas. But lately a very good customer at the Co Op Bus Station. She will be missed. RIP Lovely Lady. 🌹
