PaulDE VEREPaul De Vere, of Accrington and formerly of Haslingden, passed away peacefully in the early hours of Thursday, October 28, aged 53. Paul grew up in Haslingden and attended Haslingden High School, and was a member of St James Church Boys Brigade. He worked in the retail industry, but his main passion was music, which he loved. He leaves behind his son Jacques, stepdaughter Megan, son Gary and daughter Katy, along with many friends and extended family. Now at peace, his funeral service will take place on Thursday, November 11, at 1.15pm, with the service at St James C of E Church, Haslingden, followed by a burial at Haslingden Cemetery, officiated by Fr. David Stephenson. Family flowers only with donations, if desired, in memory of Paul to The Brain Tumour Charity c/o funeral director Johnson Durning & Woods, Haslingden.
