Beloved husband of the late Wilma, dearly loved dad of Elaine and John, father-in-law of Gary and Shona, devoted gramps to Charmaine, Gary, Malcolm, Alanna, Douglas, Connie, also great gramps to Ciarra, Connor, Cacie, Christopher and Amelia-Grace, also a much loved brother, brother-in-law, uncle and a dear friend to many. Service of Celebration for Billy's life will take place at St. Columba's Church, Stirling on Saturday 17th November 2018 at 10.30am, thereafter to St. Thomas's Cemetery, Cambusbarron to which all family and friends are respectfully invited.
