On August 9th, aged 72 years, Jacky, dearly loved husband of Pat, also a much loved dad, father-in-law, grandad, great grandad, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend. Service and cremation at Saltwell Crematorium on Wednesday 25th August at 12.00noon. Friends please meet at crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to The Musicians Benevolent Fund, a donation may be made at the service. Afterwards everyone welcome back to the Holly Hill Social Club.
