Just watched an episode of Hetty.
I was born in Preston Lancs in 1943 so have strong memories of the era and attitudes.
My mother went to the Preston Hippodrome every Tuesday evening to watch Derek Benfield with the Salzburg Players .
Brings back strong memories of a time gone by. Do not ask why it sticks so much in memory ?
Anyone else remember such times
Preston and area 1960s ? the music scene and freedom ????
