DESMOND-OBRIENDESMOND-O'BRIEN Jake Fynn It is with great sadness that we announce that Jake passed away peacefully on 10th August 2018 in the arms of his devoted mum and surrounded by his loving family whilst in the care of his friends at St. Andrew's Children's Hospice, Grimsby. Much loved and most beautiful son of Caroline and the late Steve, loved grandson of Dianne & Steve, Graham & Sheila and Anne and great-grandson of Vi and Ken. He will be greatly missed and forever loved by all of his family and many friends. A service to celebrate Jake's life will be held in the Grimsby Crematorium on Wednesday 29th August 2018 at 11.00am. Light coloured clothing to be worn please. Donations in his memory to benefit 'St. Andrew's Children's Hospice' may be given at the service or sent to the Funeral Director.
