Died peacefully on 12th June in the palliative care unit at North Tyneside General Hospital, aged 72 years.
Phil is sadly missed by all of her family and her many friends.
A Requiem Mass is to be held on Friday 28th June at 9.30am at Our Lady and St. Aiden's Church, Coniston Road, Wallsend followed by a committal at Tynemouth Crematorium at 10.30am.
Family flowers only, a donation box will be available for any donations in lieu of flowers, proceeds will be forwarded to the Palliative Care Unit at North Tyneside General Hospital.
