surrounded by his loving family, Dave aged 67 years.
Much loved partner of Susan, loving dad of Joanne, Karl and Simone,
devoted grandad of Bradley, Paris, Blake and Braidy,
dear brother of Lorraine, Cheryl, Carol, Harry, John, Michael and Linda.
Dave will also be sadly missed by all his nieces, nephews, cousins and all who knew him.
Funeral Service and cremation will take place at Pleasington Crematorium
on Wednesday 8th July at 12.45pm.
