DHIREN SHAHLeicester graduate Dhiren Shahdied in an accident on a rented quad bike the day before he was due to return home from the Greek island of Corfu on August 2, 2009.The 22-year-old graduate, from Stoughton Road, Stoneygate, went to Judgemeadow Community College, Wyggeston and Queen Elizabeth I College, and Aston University, in Birmingham. He was due to start work as an optician the month after his death.His father, Haresh Shah, said: "Life is very precious and Dhiren shouldn't have lost his life when he did."He was the ideal son, very popular and clever."Dhiren had travelled to the resort of Kavos, Corfu, with eight friends on his first trip abroad without his parents.Dhiren's uncle Divyesh Shah said: "Dhiren always wanted to do things for other people. He really was someone who everyone wanted to be friends with."About 400 people attended his funeral, raising £600 for SightSavers International.Dhiren leaves behind his parents, Haresh and Ila,and two sisters, Bhavisha and Deepa.

R.I.P Dhiren Shah
I only heard u passed on to the next life today when someone told me. I was shocked to hear it because you was in my form class at judgemeadow for 5 years and u used to sit next to me. It was really sad and upsettting that u had passed on, cos u was a cool kid. Its a shame it had to be like this, I jus come out of prison on the 26th of August 09,afta almost 2 years inside, and it wasnt something I wanted to hear jus as I was released. My thoughts are wid u and ya fam.
R.I.P Dhiren Shah, you will be missed

Dhiren's passing away has been felt by everyone who knew him and/or his parents. We all have felt how it would be like loosing our own flesh and blood. Only Lord Mahavir can give solace at this time. With Mahvir blessing your soul is at the best possible place.
