Dearly loved Husband of Shirley.
Sadly missed by all his family and friends.

Funeral service to take place on Friday 19th December
at the Lelley Fields Crematorium 11.30am (Oak Hall).

Family flowers only please but donations if desired for
Dove House Hospice, collection plate at the service.
