PeterDIBB9th May 2020 On Saturday 9th May 2020, suddenly, Peter Dibb aged 86 years of Newsome, Huddersfield. The dearly loved father of Paula, much loved brother of Gillian. Sadly missed uncle to Sarah, Daniel, Rebecca and Simon. A dear cousin to Sheila. A very dear and close friend of Tricia, also a good friend to many. A private funeral will be held. Family flowers only and donations, if so desired to the National Guide Dogs for the Blind. A memorial is planned when conditions are safer and permitted. Friends will be kept informed. Peter was a great ambassador for local cricket. I used to watch him play for various teams from the 60`s until he retired. My late husband used to love playing against Peter ( it was usually Peter who won the bowler V batsman, Stuart never seemed to get many runs against him.)
