PeterDICKINSONDICKININSON peter It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Peter, who died on Monday 5th August 2024.

The loving husband of Marie, father to Leigh, Craig & Heather and devoted grandad to Henry, Sebastian, Edward & Sophie.

Peter was an avid fan of almost all sports, especially tennis at Wimbledon and was a lifelong supporter of his beloved Blackburn Rovers, for whom he became the treasurer for the We are the Rovers trust.

Peter was a retired independent financial advisor, who with his son Craig established Elmfield Financial Planning.

Peter leaves behind a great number of friends, who were all touched by the generosity of his friendship.

The funeral will be held at Ernest Street Baptist Church . BB5 4HP, on Friday 6th September at 11.30am prior to a private burial. The wake will be held at Ewood Park, in the Red Rose Suite from 1pm. (Car Park H- Rovers End).
