Dr Christopher JamesDITCHBURNPassed away suddenly and unexpectedly on December 22nd aged 47 years. Much loved husband to Rachel. Dearly loved daddy to Oliver and Lucy. Loving son to Peter and Dorothy and dear brother to Helen. Also a dear uncle, son in law, brother in law and friend to many. He will be sadly missed. Would family and friends please meet for service at St Bede's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium on Thursday January 12th at 9:00am followed by private family burial. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu are for the Dogs Trust.

He helped me with all sorts of issues and was very easy to talk to. I'll never forget the impact that he has had in my life and I'll never ever forget him. Now I realise how important he was in my lIfe. More than a doctor, much more.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Dr Ditchburn on phone regarding my father - he was obviously a lovely gentleman and a very empathetic doctor - nothing was too much trouble and you helped us immensely. So sorry to hear this sad news - rip

The best doctor I have ever met who treated me as though and I quote him "if you were my dad" and you can't get better than that. His void never filled at Cambridge MG. RIP wonderful man
