KennethDODDSFormerly of Newcastle City Police, and then later Northumbria Constabulary, passed away in Bolton Royal Hospital after a short illness on December 23rd 2022 aged 90. After having completed his National Service with the Royal Military Police in 1952, he began his thirty-year career in the Police, which included the award of the Queens Commendation for Bravery (along with Gavin Arrvold) in 1964 and achieving his Long Service and Good Conduct Medal, before retiring in 1982. The commital will take place in Bolton on 25th January 2023.
