PhyllisDOLMANBeloved wife of the late Alan, a much loved mum to
Nigel & Catherine, Tez & Jayne, grandma to Sarah &
Shaun, Amy & Glenn, great grandma to Ella & Theo.
Passed away peacefully on 11th January aged 88 years.

Funeral service will be held in The Willow Service Room,
Bretby Crematorium on Friday 16th February at 1.00 pm.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu for
The Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland Air Ambulance
may be placed in the collection box after
the service.
