HazelDONNELLYDorothy Passed away peacefully at St. Giles Hospice on Saturday 9th November 2013, aged 89 years. Now reunited with her beloved husband Coneilius. She will be sadly missed by her son Neil, daughter-in-law Brenda, grandson OJ and all other family and friends who loved her dearly. Funeral Service at Streetly Crematorium on Friday 22nd November at 11.30am.
