LeslieDONNITHORNEDoreen and family would like to thank all relatives, friends, neighbours and those who attended Leslie's funeral for their kind support, sympathy, cards, flowers and donations received for the Alzheimer's Society in memory of Leslie. The family would also like to thank the nurses and staff of Tintagel Ward at Treliske Hospital for his end of life care. A special thanks is extended to Mr Bob Chudleigh of John Nicholls Funeral Directors for the professional and compassionate support given with all the funeral arrangements and to the Reverend Simon Clarke for conducting the funeral service as a celebration of Leslie's life in such a compassionate and sincere manner.
