Will be sorely missed by Daniel, Stuart, Jordan and Oliver. Friends please meet for funeral service at Tynemouth Crematorium on Monday 29th April at 3.00 pm. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired can be made at the crematorium to M.N.D (Motor Neurone Disease).
