David and Mairi were our next door neighbours when they lived at Lochfoot. A lovely family🥲

David was someone I admired and respected. His kindness to me when I stayed at Lochfoot recuperating from illness so many years ago is still fondly remembered. Cousin Margaret in Comrie and Barrie in Florida send their heartfelt condolences to Mairi and family.

His impact on my life is immeasurable! My love of maths stems from David as my teacher at Cargenbridge! Thereafter I was fortunate to have him as a friend and teammate at St Michaels Cricket Club for 20 years. Rest In Peace. Willie McKeachie
