With tributes and support from Ash Road Resource Centre and Elizabeth & John. Special thanks to Rev. Liz Rowles for a lovely service and to ITU Tameside Transport & drivers, St Martins Church, Ring & Ride, David's best girlfriend Gillian, 'Monday Club', Air Liquide Oxygen Service, Dr O'Driscoll & the GP's & staff at Florence House, The Ambulance Service & Paramedics, The Royal Hallamshire Hospital Sheffield, Tameside Hospital, MRI Congenital Heart Team, David's taxis, Miles of Smiles, The beautiful horses from Glossop, Buttercups & Daisies Florist, David's best friend Sister Colette, Fitzroy Social Club for the lovely room, Co-op Funeral Care Droylsden and to everyone who attended to wish David goodbye.
