Dorothea (Dot)DOWSIt is with deep sadness we announce that Dorothea passed away peacefully on 7th March 2022 aged 82 years. Loving wife of the late Byron. Much loved mother to Garry and April and Mother-in-law to Julie and Nicola. Grandmother to April, Garry and Kerrie and a beloved great-grandmother, sister and aunt. She will be greatly missed. A funeral service will take place at Old Clee Church on Friday 8th April at 1pm followed by a committal at Scartho Road Cemetery. Flowers are welcome to be sent to Kettle Funeralcare. In loving memory to a remarkable woman who by the grace of God, lived her life at God's Will, providing support to those in need of Gods help.
With God's Will, and often at the drop of a hat, Dot would have to leave what she was doing and make her way to those in need.
Thank you, Dot, for the help of God that you have brought to the needs of me and my family over the years. May you rest in peace.

My mum, Shirley Hallberg (Staples) sends her condolences. She grew up with Dot in Fraser Street and they went to Edward Street school together. and were good friends. RIP Dot
