Leaves behind sister Judy, Maureen (d), Suzanne (d) and brother Gerald (d).
Nieces Valerie, Kerry, Loretta Judyann, Lauren and Tayler, Nephews Sammy and Thomas. Great Nephews, Nieces and friends.
The funeral will be held on Wednesday 11th June at 3pm in Cannon Hill Chapel, Canley Crematorium, Cannon Hill Road Coventry CV4 7DF.
No flowers as requested by Michael, donations if desired to Cancer Research UK.
