Dr Howard Ball died unexpectedly on 24th October 2024 whilst on holiday.

Dearly beloved husband of Jacqui, father of Darcey, Sylvie and Jon, grandad of Otto, brother, uncle, Doctor, church member of St Ladoca Church and friend to many.

He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.

A funeral service to celebrate his life will be followed by burial at St Ladoca Church, Ladock on Monday 25th November 2024 at 11am.

Donations in lieu of flowers will go towards the restoration of the bells at St Ladoca Church.

I was saddened to hear of the passing of Dr Howard Ball this morning. Howard, you taught me so very much in our time at Probus Surgery together. I won't forget the cheery face I was greeted with every time I knocked on your door for help and guidance; even during the busiest of on call sessions! You will be missed by many. You were a true gentleman and a wonderful Doctor. My thoughts go to Jacqui and the family.

I was fortunate to have Dr Ball as my GP for many years, he was a lovely man, always kind and helpful and I’m so sorry he was only able to enjoy a short retirement. My sincere condolences to his family and friends.
