Richard was a keen, talented and competitive bridge player who attained the high ranking of Life Master. He had many successes at county level, representing Cornwall on many occasions, and was a familiar sight at events up and down the country. Beneath his large exterior was a soft centre and a sharp sense of humour. He will be missed. RIP big man.
