Special thanks to all the staff on Medical Ward 2 at West Cornwall Hospital, Penzance for their care and attention to Patrick, Father Philip Dyson for his comforting service, David Gridley for playing the organ and heartfelt thanks go to Ann and everyone at Peakes of Tolcarne for all the respect and dignity with which they handled the funeral arrangements.
