PaulDRISCOLLJason (Jakey) It's with great sadness that on Sunday evening 6th October 2013 Jakey sadly passed away aged 39 years. He was a loving and caring dad to Beth and Alex, the beloved son to Susan and the late Brian, stepson to Paul and a kind and thoughtful brother to Zoe and Tammy, loving and devoted partner to Rachel and her two children Molly and Haydn. Jakey was a fun loving grandson, brother-in-law, uncle, nephew and friend. Funeral Wednesday 16th October 2013 when a service will be held at St. Teilo's Parish Church, Caereithin at 2.15pm prior to cremation at Swansea Crematorium at 3.30pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired to Little Macsen who has Cerebral Palsy in which Jakey wanted to take part in the charity bike ride so please forward donations to www.justgiving.com/m acsen.
