Peacefully at home after a long illness, on 15th May, aged 68 years, Leslie.
Much loved partner of Lynn, loving dad of Mark and Rebecca,
a dear and devoted Grandad of Jade, Chloe, Lily, Amber, Scarlett, Harper and Grayson,
also a dear brother, brother in law, uncle, cousin and friend of many.
Would friends please meet for service in Sunderland Crematorium on Friday 5th June at 11am. Family Flowers only, donations in lieu to a Charity of the family's choice,
a collection plate will be provided at the Crematorium.
