William RamageDUNBAR'Bill' of Accrington, passed away at Royal Blackburn Hospital on Thursday, December 26, aged 86. Bill, as he was known, was retired after previously working as a maintenance engineer at Blackburn Royal Infirmary. He was a member of Accrington New Jerusalem Church and Canine Club. He enjoyed snooker, caravanning and dogs. He was father of Michele Goldsmith, Maxine Le Brun, Stewart Dunbar and Keith Dunbar, grandfather of Claire Holmes, James Finn, Liam Le Brun, Asher Le Brun, Callum Le Brun, Tim Finn, Lauren Le Brun and Annabeth Dunbar, and great-grandfather of Alfie Holmes and Jasper Holmes. The funeral was held on Monday, January 13, at Accrington Crematorium, led by Pauline Grimshaw. Donations if desired to Dogs Trust. Funeral director: Kirby & Hughes Funeral Directors, Accrington.
