GraceDURHAMPassed away peacefully on Friday 7th October at Great Western Hospital, Swindon. She will be sadly missed by all that knew and loved her. Funeral to be held at 12pm on Monday 24th October at St Mary's Church, Church Westcote. Family flowers only.
