Funeral to be held on Friday 31st May at St Anthony's RC Church at 11am followed by committal at Anfield Crematorium at 12 noon.
Family flowers only please but donations if desired to Macmillan Cancer Charity.
Melissa will be resting at her parents home from Wednesday 29th May.
