Rodney (Rod)DYEROn Friday 26th October 2018, peacefully after a short illness, Rod aged 78 years of Ruddlemoor, St Austell. Much loved husband of June. A very special person, sadly missed by all. Funeral service Friday 16th November at 1.30pm, St John's Methodist Church, St Austell followed by a private cremation. Family flowers only but donations, if desired, for Cornwall Hospice Care, 10/11 Daniels Lane, Holmbush, St Austell PL25 3HS and The Phoenix Ward, Acute Stroke Unit, Treliske, Truro TR1 3LJ or by retiring collection at the service. Hello,l am Adrian and my father's name is Ernie. I have just come across this notice by chance. If by chance this is my cousin Rodney ,son of Gordon and May then I send my condolences to you all. I don't really remember a lot about Rodney apart from his trial riding but I know that the Dyer family are amazing people.
I moved from Cornwall to Bournemouth in 1982 and I am now 67 years old. My son Gavin who lives in St Dennis worshipped his " Pap Sol " and so he is researching our family tree.
Apart from wanting to get in contact with you all personally for my sake Gavin would be thrilled to do the same.
