ThomasEADIESuddenly but peacefully at home on Sunday 8th November 2015, Thomas (Tam) devoted husband and life long companion of 52 years to Jean, beloved dad of Christine, Jake and Aileen, much loved father-in-law of Sharon, David and Graham, cherished grandad of Christopher, Jake Jnr and Becky and loving great grandad of Sophia and baby Jake. Funeral service will be held at Perth Crematorium on Wednesday 18th November at 11.30am to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please but donations can be given at the Crematorium for Dementia Scotland if so desired.
