EAMESThomas Tom, 72, entered in to eternal peace on Saturday 5th April 2014, with his family by his side, after succumbing to cancer. Tom will be sadly missed by family and friends. Cremation will take place at 3pm on Tuesday 22nd April 2014 at Lichfield Crematorium, Fradley. The family are extremely thankful for all the support and care received from St Giles Hospice in Tom's time of need and as such, in lieu of flowers, they request that donations are made to St Giles Hospice c/o E F Edwards 23 Lower Gungate, Tamworth B79 7AT.
