PeterEASTDied peacefully, aged 91, at home in the Maritime Quarter, Swansea, after a short illness. In his final weeks Peter was surrounded by those he loved, including the love of his life, his wife Jo, and sons James, Nick and Jonathan. Peter had a sharp mind, appreciated good conversation and was not afraid to challenge those in power. He participated in Swansea's rich cultural life and often went out on the beach collecting litter. He and Jo retired to Swansea from SE England after running a business together. He is survived by his sister Margaret. Peter's funeral will be held on August 7 but due to the current situation will be strictly private.
