JackEASTONPassed away peacefully at Brockworth Care Home, with his daughters' Alison and Susan by his side, on Friday 2nd March 2018, aged 89 years. Dearly loved husband of Violet, cherished Dad, Grandad, Great Grandad and Father-in-law. Jack will be sorely missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service and cremation at Gloucester Crematorium on Wednesday 28th March 2018 at 4.00pm. Family flowers only. Donations are invited for the Alzheimer's Society and may be sent c/o S. C. & B. S. Cocks Funeral Directors, 59, Hucclecote Road, Gloucester, GL3 3TL.

Jack, or 'pineapple Jack' was a valued member of Barnwood Bowling Club and together with Vi they made a remembered contribution to the bowling club life. Proud of his ancestory he was not adversed to giving a short rendition of Flower of Scotland at the appropriate moment.
Jack will be fondly remembered for his version of My Way at a Club karaoke night, for which he had a standing ovation.

Why do all of the good guys go early?
Gone, but not forgotten!
