JohnEDMONDSONSuddenly and unexpectedly, John 'Queenie' Edmondson passed away at his home in Nantwich aged 81 years.
A loving Husband, Dad, Grandad, Brother and friend to many, John will be forever loved and so sadly missed by all who knew him.
He will be fondly remembered by his friends and colleagues from Crewe Works, Bowls and Crewe Alexandra Football Club where he dedicated his life and passion.
A service to celebrate John's life will be held at Crewe Alexandra Football Club on Thursday 7th May 2026 at 12 noon. Followed by a private family burial.
Attending mourners are welcome to remain at the club for light refreshments following the service.
Donations in memory of John will be gratefully received for Cancer Research UK.
Family and friends attending the service at Crewe Alexandra Stadium are welcome to park on the main car park. The parking cameras will be deactivated for the day.
