I wish I had made contact befroe this sad passing

Every few years I do a search on Google, Facebook, etc for people I once knew and had a rapport with. It is with some sadness that I came across this article in the Coventry Telegraph from about 4 years ago. I first encountered Jeremy in P1 of St Andrews school in Dumfries, when we were both 5 years old. I recall there being a special connection between us even in those days. The photo is of a first communion day at St Andrews church in the town, probably around 1970.

I remember he lived at 121 Lockerbie Rd in the town, and attended a few birthday parties there. I also recall feeling quite sad when hearing that the family was leaving to head to Coventry around 1973/74?

To my regret, I was not able to track him down on the internet, as I would have loved to have rekindled my friendship with him, living as I do only about 75 miles from Coventry. My deepest condolences to any family he leaves behind.
