EileenEDWARDSPassed away peacefully after a short illness at Myton Hospice on the 22nd December 2021, aged 87 years. Darling wife of Bryan, loving mother to John, David, Sarah and Stephen, mother-in-law to Wendi, Andrea, Jonathon and Vannessa, cherished grandmother and great-grandmother, beloved sister to Dorothy, June and Edwina and best friend to Carol and Lesley. Funeral service to be held on 17th January 2022 at Heart of England Crematorium, Eastboro Way, Nuneaton, CV11 6WZ at 10.15am. Family flowers only please; if you so wish please donate to a charity of your choice in Eileen's name. The family would love to hear about the many charities her passing will benefit.

Another year has passed without you, another Birthday, Mothers Day, Christmas and New Year but not a day goes by that I don't think about you or miss our chats and car rides.
Losing my own Mom only a few weeks ago has opened the wound of losing you even wider I know you will look after her up there in heaven, please tell her we love and miss her as much as we love and miss you. sleep tight both till we meet again. xxx

We got through a painful year without you and Stephen and I marked the day together. We tried very hard to enjoy Christmas as we know you loved Christmas but it was very hard without you.
You were with us on our long awaited wedding day although we couldn’t see you and your seat at the top table remained empty - we felt you there. I’m so glad you helped me make my bouquet and the invitations. I miss chatting with you and laughing with you and our Road trips but you will forever live in my heart and memory. We love and miss you more than you will ever know.
Sleep well mom, now I can call you that officially.

Happy Heavenly Mother’s Day,
I feel so blessed, privileged and thankful that you were my Mum. You were our guiding and shining light through life, our support, our mentor, you showed us right from wrong and the meaning of kindness to all. Mum you were a wise woman, an inspiration and we loved you, beyond any words can express.
