Jeffrey WilliamEDWARDSJeff passed away peacefully in St Luke's Hospice, Plymouth, on Thursday 4th April following a battle with Parkinson's Disease and Dementia.
He was surrounded by his loving family who will miss him dearly.
Jeff was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
The family will be holding an intimate family service to celebrate his life. Jeff's ashes will then be laid to rest at Drake Memorial Park.
