Nanny,

There are some people whose kindness leaves a mark that time can never erase, and you were one of those people.
Whenever we visited from Swansea to Stoke, your face would light up with the biggest smile. You always laughed, always had a story to tell, and somehow made every visit feel like coming home. Seeing you with Theo was one of life's greatest joys. The love you had for him shone through every cuddle, every smile, and every precious moment you shared together. Those memories are treasures that our family will carry forever.

No matter how long you had lived away, you never stopped talking about the sea. You would often tell us how much you missed it, remembering the sound of the waves, the salty breeze, and the comfort it brought you. Every time we drove back to Swansea, I thought of those conversations and wished we could have brought a little piece of the sea back to you.

Your warmth, your laughter, and your smile made everyone around you feel loved. You taught us that happiness could be found in the simplest moments, in family, in sharing stories, and in spending time with the people you love most.
Though our hearts are heavy because you're no longer with us, your love lives on in us, in Theo, and in every memory we share. We'll remember your smile whenever we hear laughter, and we'll think of you whenever we stand beside the sea that you loved and missed so much.

Sleep peacefully, Nanny. Thank you for every hug, every laugh, every smile, and every wonderful memory. You will always be loved, always be missed, and never be forgotten.
