Edward JohnEDWORTHY(Jack) On 4th October 2018 at Barnfield House Care Home, Jack aged 96 years. Beloved husband of the late Mary and father of Elizabeth, Michael, David and Rosemary. A much loved grandfather and great-grandfather. Funeral service at St Boniface, Whipton on Friday 2nd November at 12noon, followed by private cremation.
